Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and relationships with the owner's quality organization, guiding every QC person on the program.

You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, set coverage, review performance, and drive staff development. Travel and audits with owners, agencies, and third parties are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification (ICC Special Inspector or NICET Level IV or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE).
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the program quality management system, plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; manage corrective-action program.
