Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and relationships with the owner's quality organization, while developing QC staff on the program.

You will lead audits, approve QC plans and qualifications, and report quality metrics to program leadership monthly. A track record building a QC organization on new programs is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C certification plus senior certification like ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system including plans, procedures, forms, and audits.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal, owner, agency, and third‑party audits; manage corrective-action program.
