Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to lead quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, oversee audits, and drive the corrective-action process while developing QC staff and coordinating with owner quality teams.

You will direct Quality Managers and inspectors, set strategy, and report metrics to program leadership. Expect travel as needed on multi-site projects and a path toward broader QC leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly.
