Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program and oversee QC staff. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

Your leadership ensures compliance and continuous improvement across all projects. In this role you will lead audits, manage nonconformances, and report quality metrics to program leadership, coaching the Quality Manager who will

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership of programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification (ICC/ NICET/ ASQ) required.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and set coverage.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner/agency/ third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program and report metrics monthly.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report NCR aging and test pass rates to program leadership.
