Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, oversee audits, and develop QC personnel, reporting to program leadership with metrics.

Responsibilities include directing Quality Managers across projects, shaping the audit program, and coordinating with the owner's quality organization. You will be the in-room expert during audits and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification: ICC Special Inspector, NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications; Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
