Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization. You will develop every QC person on the program and lead audits when agencies or owners visit.

Pay runs $130,000 to $160,000, with travel and per diem as assigned. Texas positions are HQ-dispatched; other sites are project-based.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience implementing and leading QA systems across large programs.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a QC organization and achieve program goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the program quality management system including plans, procedures, forms and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner, agency and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
