Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audits, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding Quality Managers and inspectors.

Your weekly focus includes audits, corrective actions, and presenting quality metrics to program leadership. Texas-based roles may involve travel; pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, with long days and variable schedules

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with proven track record.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certs: ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1 or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the program quality management system.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects and set coverage.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Report quality metrics monthly to program leadership.
• Approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Manage corrective-action program and NCR aging.
