Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and relationship with the owner's quality organization, coaching QC staff and ensuring compliance.

You will oversee audits, corrective actions, and reporting metrics to program leadership, while building a QC organization for ongoing projects. Travel and per diem are involved as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications in quality inspection are required.
• Experience with owner programs under ISO 9001 / NQA-1 / DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects.
• Own the site quality management system and audit program.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Manage corrective-action program and report metrics monthly.
• Approve QCPs, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Travel to project sites as assigned and mentor staff.
