Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, overseeing Quality Managers and inspectors, owning the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization. When an agency or owner audits the project, you are the person in the room.

Pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, with travel and per diem as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certification: USACE CQM-C and ICC/NICET/ASQ credentials.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks on owner programs.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a QC organization on new programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications; report metrics monthly.
