Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, while developing every QC person on the program.

You will coordinate audits, approve QC plans, and report metrics monthly. The role requires 10+ years in construction quality and senior certifications; travel and long days are expected as the project

Qualifications

10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.
Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to program leadership monthly.
