Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, overseeing the site quality management system, audits, and relationships with owner's quality organization. You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors and develop the QC team.

Your weekly priorities include audit findings, corrective actions, and reporting metrics to program leadership. Texas-based roles with travel to project sites; a path to director-level opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading programs.
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification (ICC/NICET/ASQ).
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1 or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the site quality management system and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program and approve QC plans and qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
