Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, audits, and the development of QC staff, coordinating with owner's quality organization.

You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, oversee corrective actions, and report quality metrics to program leadership. This senior role demands a strategic view, strong communication, and the ability to drive compliance across ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• USACE CQM-C or senior certification required
• ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE certifications preferred
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks

Responsibilities

• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and coordinate audits
• Own the corrective-action program and report metrics monthly
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Develop and maintain the site quality management system and QC staff
• Interface with the owner's quality organization and ensure program compliance
