Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization. You will coach Quality Managers and inspectors, oversee corrective actions, and ensure compliance with ISO/NQA-1/DOT frameworks.

You will lead audits with owners and agencies, approve QC plans and qualifications, and report monthly on quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and sustain it.

Responsibilities

• Establish and direct a program quality management system with plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
