Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, directing Quality Managers and inspectors. You will own the site QC system and audit program, and develop every QC person on the program, coordinating with owner audits and reporting metrics monthly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and maintain it to plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective actions.
• Approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications; report metrics monthly.
• Coordinate with owners and inspectors; ensure documentation and records consistency.
