Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct site-wide quality management across a major program. You will own the QC system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding Quality Managers and inspectors on multiple projects.

You will lead audits, approve QC plans, report metrics monthly, and coach staff to maintain compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Senior certification: ICC special inspector, NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001/NQA-1/DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system (plans, procedures, forms, audit schedule).
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
