Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with QC managers and inspectors reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

You will lead audits, approve QC plans, and drive corrective actions. This role requires building a strong QC organization on new programs and ensuring all reports and NCRs are thorough and timely.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years in managing quality programs.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and scale a QC organization on new programs.
• Ability to lead internal audits and coordinate with owners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system with plans, procedures, and audits.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics monthly to program leadership.
• Lead internal, owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Oversee corrective-action program.
• Coach Quality Manager staff.
