Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, overseeing Quality Managers and inspectors. You own the site quality management system, audits, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding the development of every QC person on the program.

You will lead internal and third-party audits, drive the corrective-action program, and report metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification (ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ)
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program; approve quality control plans and subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly
• Provide coaching to QC staff and ensure readiness for audits
