Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program with QC managers and inspectors reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, audit program, and interaction with the owner's quality organization.

You will build and lead the QC staff, approve QC plans, coordinate audits, and report metrics to program leadership. This senior role requires strong leadership and extensive field experience across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality management.
• 5+ years in managing quality programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly.
