Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major multi-year program. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, coach staff, and drive corrective actions. The role involves coordination with owners, agencies, and third parties, with travel as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality management.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the site quality management system and audit program.
• Lead Quality Managers I and II across projects; direct audits and corrective actions.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly and coordinate with owners.
