Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive a large-scale national redevelopments program for travel plazas and fuel facilities. You will oversee multiple projects across several states, coordinating with restaurants, operations and design teams to deliver high-quality openings.

The role offers field exposure, owner’s representative duties, and a clear path toward leadership within Applegreen's expanding U.S. portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction/engineering/architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects across states and regions.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities for permits.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, quality and cost controls.
