Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive a large U.S. redevelopment program for travel plazas and fuel facilities.

You will oversee multiple projects in various states, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and brand partners to deliver on time and to budget. The role offers growth toward Senior Construction Management and Development Leadership, with a hybrid work model combining remote coordination, office collaboration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, and Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across states.
• Act as PM or Owner's Representative to protect interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and present progress to senior leadership.
