Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-state redevelopment programs, including fuel facilities, convenience stores, and QSR fit-outs.

Hybrid work arrangement with travel to project sites; you will partner with senior leadership, consultants, contractors and operations teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests through delivery.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality standards.
