Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive redevelopments for one of America’s largest travel plaza programs. You will manage multiple projects across several states, overseeing design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover.

The role offers hybrid work combining remote coordination with field visits to sites, and a clear path to senior leadership as Applegreen expands its U.S. footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and Owner's Representative as required to protect Applegreen's interests throughout project delivery.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, utility providers, permitting authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and status updates for senior leadership.
• Travel to project sites will be required.
