Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs.

This role oversees multiple concurrent projects across several states, with travel to sites. It offers a hybrid work model combining remote work, office collaboration, and field-based project management, leading to senior roles as Applegreen expands its U.S. footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field required.
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects across locations; strong Excel/Project skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction projects across several states.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and permitting authorities.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and present progress to leadership.
