Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a broad U.S. redevelopment program.

You will oversee multiple projects across states, coordinating owners, design teams, contractors and operating partners to deliver fuel, retail and QSR facilities on time and within budget. The role offers field-based site visits, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership to shape Applegreen’s U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across locations.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects, often across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative as required.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
