Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-state redevelopment program for travel plazas, fuel facilities, and QSR brands across the United States. The role involves owning projects from concept to turnover, coordinating architects, contractors and operations teams, and delivering on schedule, budget and quality while advancing Applegreen's U.S.

expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to complete the project.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
