Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-state redevelopment program of travel plazas, fuel stations, and retail locations.

You will oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, coordinating with senior leadership, consultants, and restaurant brands to deliver high-quality, on-schedule projects. This field-oriented role requires travel and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction PM experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with Excel, MS Project and Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction projects across states.
• Act as PM and/or Owner's Representative.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover.
• Develop and manage schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate designers, contractors, and utilities.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
