Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-scale travel plaza redevelopment projects across the United States. This role requires leadership across design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover, with travel to project sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction PM experience, strong budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder management skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests during project delivery.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and permitting authorities.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality standards.
