Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a portfolio of travel plaza redevelopment projects across multiple states, with focus on the U.S. market.

The role drives from concept through turnover, coordinating architects, engineers and contractors, managing budgets up to $100M, and collaborating with senior leadership, operations and restaurant brands to deliver high-quality facilities on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction, engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop, maintain and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to complete the project.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality.
