Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-state portfolio of travel plaza redevelopments. You will oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover, coordinating with leadership, architects, contractors and operators.

This hybrid role combines remote planning with on-site leadership and requires travel to project locations across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; strong budgeting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects, often across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and permitting authorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
