Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-state redevelopment program for travel plazas, fuel facilities, and QSR brands across the United States.

You will oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, coordinating with senior leadership, architects, engineers, contractors, and restaurant brands. This is a field-oriented, hybrid role with travel to project sites required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as PM or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and openings.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and present to senior leadership.
