Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive delivery on America’s largest travel plaza redevelopment program across multiple states.

This role is not single-site; it oversees several concurrent projects, coordinating with design, permitting, procurement, and operations teams. Occasional travel to active sites is required, with opportunities for advancement within Applegreen's U.S. Developments team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel, Project, and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to complete projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
