Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-state redevelopment program for travel plazas and fuel facilities. This hybrid role combines remote planning with on-site leadership, site visits, and coordination with brands, operations, and contractors.

You will manage several concurrent projects from concept through turnover, maintaining schedules and budgets across states. Travel will be required to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, Project and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction projects across several states.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and maintain schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to leadership.
