Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza redevelopment programs. This role oversees multiple concurrent projects across several states, guiding them from concept through turnover, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and operations teams, with travel and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects, often across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, permitting authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
