Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive a major U.S. development program across multiple states. You will oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover for travel plazas and associated facilities.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects, often across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to complete the project.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
