Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive a multi-state redevelopment program for travel plazas and fuel facilities.

In this hybrid role, you will oversee design, permitting, procurement, and construction across several states, collaborating with senior leadership, architects, and operations teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Project, and Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across states.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and approvals.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Report progress to senior leadership.
