ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects in a multi-location region. You will report to the Project Director at least three times weekly and coordinate with customers, subs, and insurance professionals to manage payments and project terms.

Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking progress, ensuring safety compliance, obtaining permits, and using Salesforce to forecast budgets and labor.

Competenze

• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Must be proficient in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce.com.

Mansioni

• Oversee multiple restoration projects across locations.
• Coordinate with Project Director on progress, payments and collections.
• Ensure safety, permits and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors and insurance representatives.
