Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. You will report to the Project Director several times weekly and work with PDs on project payments and collections.

You will coordinate starts, schedules, and communicate with customers and subcontractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of three years as a superintendent in construction.
• Commercial and residential project experience preferred.
• Holder of asbestos, lead, and mold certifications.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Report status to the Project Director at least three times weekly.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate starts and scheduling with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, OSHA, EPA regulations.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, work orders, and forecasts.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters and consultants.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services and site access.
