Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. The PM will report to the Project Director several times weekly and coordinate with PDs on payment terms and collections.

Proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce is required; asbestos/lead/mold certifications and OSHA 30 are preferred. Travel and on-site work are expected in a dynamic restoration environment.

Qualifications

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
Combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
Report status to Project Director at least three times weekly.
Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts in coordination with PD.
Coordinate starts and scheduling with customers; supervise field personnel and subcontractors.
Ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA) and manage permits/inspections.
