ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects, reporting to the Project Director several times weekly. You will manage payment terms, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure AR collection across a multi-location region.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate, Salesforce, and extensive building experience, with OSHA/EPA certifications and bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Experience with commercial and residential projects.

Aufgaben

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and stakeholders.
• Coordinates job starts and schedule appointments with customers.
• Executes Project Director directions regarding project payment terms and collection of outstanding A/R.
• Requests payment from customers upon substantial completion of work and when COS is signed.
• Alerts Project Director regarding next stage of payment.
• Coordinates work with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Provides feedback to complete tasks on time and within budget.
• Coordinates after-hours emergency services and inspections.
• Obtains permits and inspections and/or certifications.
• Ensures safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related standards.
• Manages multiple projects across a multi-location region.
• Uses Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input work orders, and forecasting budgets.
• Other related duties as assigned
