ATI Restoration, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects in partnership with the Project Director. You will report at least three times weekly on status and coordinate with PDs on payment terms and collection.

The role requires strong communication with customers, subcontractors and insurers, and proficiency in Salesforce, Xactimate and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Commercial and residential project experience preferred.
• Asbestos, lead, and mold certifications required; llCRC AMRT certification.
• OSHA 30 hr. construction course; valid state driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsabilités

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Coordinates job starts and schedules appointments with customers and field teams.
• Executes Project Director directions regarding project payment terms and collection of outstanding A/R.
• Requests payment from customers upon substantial completion of work and COS signing.
• Alerts Project Director on next payment stage per payment terms.
• Coordinates work with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Provides feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget.
• Coordinates after-hours emergency services (board-ups, water, fire, smoke damage).
• Obtains city permits and inspections; ensures OSHA, EPA, and related compliance.
• Manages multiple projects across a multi-location region using Salesforce for project management and forecasting.
