Job summary

ATI Restoration in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects in coordination with the Project Director. You will report on project status several times weekly and work closely with PDs on payment terms and collections.

The role requires strong construction experience, proficient in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce, and the ability to manage diverse teams, schedules and budgets in a high-risk environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• A combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
• Report status to Project Director at least three times a week.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate job starts and scheduling with customers.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA guidelines on sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel to complete tasks on time and within budget.
