Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects. The PM will report to the Project Director at least three times weekly and coordinate project payment terms and collections with PD guidance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• A combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.
• Certifications: asbestos, lead, and mold; llCRC AMRT; OSHA 30.
• Valid State Driver's license and forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sites.
• Report status to the Project Director at least three times weekly.
• Manage project payment terms and collections with PD guidance.
• Coordinate starts, scheduling, and communications with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, OSHA/EPA compliance, and DOT regulations; manage permits and inspections.
