Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager who will work with the Project Director to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects. You will report on project status at least three times per week and collaborate to manage payment terms and collection of outstanding balances.

Strong candidates will coordinate with customers, subcontractors and insurance, ensure safety compliance, use Salesforce for project tracking, and supervise field crews

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• A combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Coordinates job starts and schedules with customers, and outlines activities.
• Executes Project Director directions regarding project payment terms and collection of outstanding accounts receivable (A/R).
• Requests payment from customers upon substantial completion of work and COS signing per payment terms.
• Alerts Project Director regarding next stage of payment per established terms.
• Coordinates work duties with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Provides constructive feedback to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinates after-hours emergency services (board-ups, water/fire damage).
• Obtains city permits and inspections and/or certifications where required.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related safety standards.
• Manages multiple projects across a multi-location region using Salesforce for tracking.
• Other related duties as assigned.
