Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. You will report to the Project Director at least three times a week and collaborate on payment terms and collections.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Xactimate, and MS Office is required. Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential, with field travel and safety compliance guiding daily work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Experience in both commercial and residential projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
• Report status to Project Director at least three times weekly.
• Manage payment terms and collect outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate starts and appointments with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, OSHA/EPA compliance, and DOT regulations.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, reports, budgets and forecasts.
