Qualifications

• Three years of superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce; building experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
• Coordinate starts, scheduling, and payments per terms with PD.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurers.
• Manage A/R collections and alert PD on next payment stages.
• Ensure safety, permits, inspections, and OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Use Salesforce to run reports, manage work orders, and budgets.
