Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC seeks a Project Manager to supervise multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects with the Project Director. You will report on status at least three times weekly and work with PDs to manage payment terms and collections across locations.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce, sharp communication, and strict safety standards adherence in a busy restoration environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand construction processes across commercial and residential projects.
• Experience communicating complex terms to clients, insurers and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce and estimating software is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across a multi-location region.
• Coordinate starts, schedules and payment terms with customers and PD.
• Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivable per terms.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters and consultants.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA/EPA standards on sites.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel and project workflows.
