ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects in the Cleveland area. The PM will coordinate with the Project Director, ensure timely progress, and manage payment terms and collections.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least three years as a superintendent, and a mix of commercial and residential project experience; OSHA/EPA certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
• Report status to Project Director at least three times weekly.
• Manage project payment terms and collect outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate starts, schedules with customers and subcontractors.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input and forecast budgets.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA/EPA standards.
