Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a broad portfolio of travel plaza redevelopments and related construction across the United States. The role oversees ground-up developments, renovations, and strategic upgrades, coordinating with design, operations, and restaurant brands.

You will manage scope, deadlines, and budgets while ensuring quality and safety. Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction PM experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, procurement, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager or Owner's Representative as needed.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, permitting authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
