Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a portfolio of travel plaza redevelopment and new development projects across the United States. This role oversees multiple sites, coordinating with design, restaurant brands, and operations to ensure successful delivery.

Applicants should have 5+ years in construction project management, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across locations.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and delivery.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as PM or Owner's Representative to protect the company's interests.
• Drive projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and authorities.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, quality, and cost control.
